2. Ready-to-ship in-stock items: Returns accepted within 14 days, unused and in original packaging, customer pays return shipping.
3. Shipping: 7-10 days for custom items, free shipping over $70, international takes 15-25 days.
4. Damaged items: Contact us within 3 days with photos for refund/replacement
